Please let me share my experience of visiting Soup Stock Tokyo at Perie Nishifunabasi, Chiba with my 10 month daughter.
So.. it has been too hot nowadays, and I am struggling and trying to find somewhere I can enjoy visiting with my baby (hopefully not so expensive place!)
Then, I notice that Soup Stock Tokyo would be one good choice! XD
I have not been to Soup Stock Tokyo, which is one of the famous soup chain restaurants in Japan, for almost a decade.
The main reasons that I hesitate to go, I "had" following images of the restaurant...
-Stylish and urbanized restaurant -->means expensive
-There is no shop near by my living area (I even use a train this time though)
-They got flamed on SNS few years ago when they started a special service for Baby's free meal.
When they got flamed, I was not pregnant, and was not so much care of this matter.
However, because of that, I remembered that they are kindly offering free meal for baby!
(*Please be noted that they offer free one portion of baby meal service, when one person orders one meal and eating in store. Taking away is not applied to this service!)
Then, after my vising and enjoying the delicious soup...
My mind is totally changed, and I would say that Soup Stock Tokyo is a really good and worth to try restaurant for the people who feels tired with something.
We(my daughter and I) visited around 9am, as I was guessing that the time would not be many customers in-store.
Even I hesitated to ask the free baby meal, one of the staff kindly suggested me to eat baby meal. How kind and sincere...
In the end, I ordered tomato soup with a bread, and sweet potato and chicken rice porridge.
No doubt that those are so much delicious!✨
In this Perie Funabashi shop, there is a cozy place but not so many chairs.
No baby and kids chairs, and no space to store baby stroller.
So, I cannot recommend you if you go with a group.
However, if you are alone or with a very small group,
there is a worth to visit and enjoy a very rich and nutritious taste soup with affordable price!♡
